Gigstreem is a JOKE. They are the only internet provider my apartment complex uses, and its constantly not working. Just went thru a 4 day period of lost internet connection, and their compensation for my 4 days of lost wages since i work from home was TEN DOLLARS. What an absolute slap in the face, so disrespectful. 10/10 DONT RECCOMMEND

this internet service is HORRIBLE. it’s always down. completely unreliable. makes working from home a NIGHTMARE. if the complex didn’t force us to have this internet we would’ve switched the second month in.

Gigstreem was not good for me. It took them approx. 4 months, 7 phone calls and 3 or 4 tech visits to get my internet working properly in Orlando. Two routers and several aggravating days. Then to top it off I called 4 or 5 times, sent 2 emails and finally gave up trying to get them to refund an overcharge of $50 when I moved from the building. Yes, I told them that I moved. Seem to be nice guys, but in over their head.

Great so far...what a difference from what was previously used at the Verano Apartments. Not slow responding at all...Yeah!!!!! Hallelujah
