Absolutely the WORST......Took them my computer due to virus to have removed. He said "oh with that virus you're better off just replacing the computer". (&) his wife said you can buy a new @ Best Buy in Lufkin for ($250.00). I was like really & was re-assured that was the thing to due. After he setup my "new" computer he non-chalantly asked-"you don't want your old computer do you?" I was like yeah I want it back. I spent over ($500.00) on their recommendations.
