Excellent, excellent, excellent! I was reluctant at first because of the price, but Gigs was the only one who would remove the old fireplace and build a new one. Everyone else just wanted to "reface" the old one. Just refacing wasn't an option because the original fireplace was just too big and too 80's. My wife wanted it done, so I gave in and went with Gigs. And we're so glad we did! The house was stuffed with 70's years' worth of accumulated furniture, clothing, dishes, tools, books, you name it.
