Poor customer service respose. Took 3 calls and the finally a visit. 5 weeks passed until, i again, had to text. Came up with a ridiculous answer to an issue that i didnt have. I have "fallen through the cracks" but the answer was a complete blow off. If you cant do it or not making enough money, just tell me, dont make up a story. Brutal answer from them!
