If you have the goal of getting surgery for TOS, do not waste your time meeting with “Dr” Giglia. None of my questions were answered, my symptoms were/are apparently fake, and I was rushed out the door in (less than) 5 minutes. Despite having several full spine MRIs, two specialists agreeing that surgery is the next step, and two scalene blocks that completely resolved my symptoms, I was still rushed out the door with no apparent need for surgery.
