Great experience loved my hair!
I found this salon on TikTok. I saw a lot of reviews so I just wanted to try it out. I think I have found my new Dominican shop to get my blowout. I went to Vanessa. The owner very pleasant. The shop was beautiful and everyone in there was all smiles, and I love the girl at the front the receptionist and definitely affordable. I have natural hair and normally people charge me a little extra. I also got her to clip my my ends and she did great. Some people get scissor happy but she did exactly enough. Can’t wait to go back. I had a wonderful experience with the customer service—it was truly exceptional. My stylist, Claribel, was incredibly gentle with my hair, and the wash felt more like a relaxing massage. Everyone at the salon was kind and attentive, ensuring I was comfortable throughout the entire process. They took great care to make sure everything was done safely and gently. I truly appreciated the thoughtful and professional service.
Finally, after two attempts on different hair salon, I can say I found what i was looking for. Magaly saved my afternoon.
Magalys is THE BEST providing amazing service & excellent hair care. Last time we came Magalys was my stylist, while my daughter had someone else who used entirely too much heat & did multiple passes with a very hot blow dryer and flat iron in the same section. Once we washed our hair weeks later, my curls reverted back with no issue, while my daughter had severe heat damage. This time around we made sure to ONLY book Magalys.
