I placed an online order for 12 cupcakes for Mother's Day to be boxed separately to be delivered to different addresses of family friends ranging in ages of 90 - 101. When I picked them up all 12 were in one box and the male employee repeated the instructions back to me and said 'oops, looks like they didn't separate them'. The ownership of this bakery is unprofessional and unorganized. When making a custom order the ladies up front said their owner handled custom orders and would leave a note to get back to me. I never heard back so I called about 10 times with the same answer as before and even walked into the store. The cupcakes are delicious and the customer service is friendly but honestly you'd be better off going to Maxie B's for custom orders and cakes. It won't get done at Gigi's.
Love this place! The cupcakes are amazing! There is a tad too much frosting but overall a great location. Happy they were able to reopen.

Totally incompetent. Placed an order for my wedding here over half a year in advance, and on the wedding day they had not even started the order. It was two hours late, incorrect, and our cutting cake was partially iced in the wrong color. The management refuses to return my phone calls. I highly recommend avoiding this location at all costs.
Wow great cupcakes. Flavors do not overpower as some places do. The best I have had on a very long time. Try the Gigis mini pack several different flavors to die for
We stop by Gigis each time we're in Norman for OU events. Often times I buy 1 dozen to take back to my school on Mondays. They carefully seal the box with saran wrap so that they stay fresh! 36-48 hours later they're still delicious and very fresh! Yummy! You should go!
