Kelly has done all of my family's events no matter how big or small. She has worked my mothers wedding, my cousins bridal shower, and recently helped me with my wedding on Nov 9th. She NEVER disappoints. She was my first hire and she helped me from the very beginging to the very end. Awesome! Made planning a party for my dad’s 70th B-day party a breeze. Planning from another state was made so much easier by using Gigi Noelle. Decor was exactly as discussed, commutation was great. They were on time and everything was wonderful. Ms. Debbie was sweet & offered great advise to help insure a successful event. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or use them again.
This was my third time doing a photo shoot and by far my best experience! They made it so easy and fun and the quality of their work is astounding! Highly recommend!!!
