Very unprofessional experience. The lady with the black bob was on her phone while I was speaking to her and barely acknowledged me. When I asked if she could do my nails, she said “no, I don’t feel like it. No customer service, rude attitude, a waste of time and scammers. Definitely won’t be coming back. Also the place stunk.
Seriously super rude, my first time walking in and they lady is laying down on the couch on her phone, I asked it’s my first time so can u help me with prices and colors, she said “go with her she’ll tell you” my sister also was with me she told me that ur sister had to wait, 5 workers all on their phones and I was telling her I need to be done by 3:00 I have work, she said “okay fine I do your nails” and I politely said “ur not gonna rush them are you” she replied back with “I don’t want to do your nails anyways” let them s... read more
