I just completed the 12 series and I couldn't recommend it more to anyone regardless of whether you have chronic issues or not. I personally have been diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis and wasn't able to walk for 4 months. Gigi was one of the main reasons why I'm now almost back to 100% and not having to take the life changing immune suppressant drugs the docs wanted me on. She's also just super friendly and easy going, thanks Gigi!
Visited GiGi for the first time this morning for some scar work and I am already excited to go back for another session. A beautiful human with a pure soul who really knows what she is doing. I felt very safe, heard and seen in the space she has created and will happily recommend her services to anyone who will listen.
I completed the Structural Integration 12-session series with Gigi about 2 months ago. Since then the posture and mobility improvements have been maintained and my body feels good. Previous attempts to correct with physiotherapy, remedial massage, and dry needling/acupuncture never stuck over time. I am happy with the results! Gigi is a wonderful caring person. Gigi has been a life changer! I originally went for scar work and after hearing of the brain body connection work Gigi does with the fascia I booked for the 12 series. I have already seen huge improvement after just two session which I didn't expect until nearly the end of the 12 sessions.
