This physician is unprofessional and has no bedside manners. She was very dismissive and as a patient my medical needs were not addressed. She is clearly in the wrong profession if she does not want to care for her patients.
Dr. Kwok and her staff always makes me feel special every time I go for my doctors appointments. Dr. Kwok sits down and really listens to me and answers all my questions. It has been this way since I first started coming to her. She is an excellent doctor.
Saw Dr. Kwok for the first time today after moving here. She was wonderful! She answered all my questions and was caring and informative. I feel blessed that I found her! I have been Dr. Kwok's patient for about 4 years now. I could not ask for a better primary care physician. She listens, answers questions, explains things in a way that I understand, she refers me to other doctors as needed and never appears to be rushed during my visits.
