I have been seeing Peggy at GIGI HAIR STUDIOS for decades. She has always treated me with care. Never rushes a job and always makes sure that everything has clean cuts. You can have a chat with her (but I usually just nap in the chair) while getting a hair cut. I usually go for a cut and wash because the added wash is well with the low price.
