Way below average! Not recommended for women with long or thick hair. The hairdresser clearly lacks the basic skills and technique required to handle female haircuts and styling. Before my appointment, I showed him my hair and confirmed the exact fee to avoid surprises — yet he still added a hidden $10 charge at checkout just for using a brush while blow-drying. Beautiful clean and spacious enviorment. Friendly atmosphere with some humour and great conversation. Haircut was perfect and exactly what I asked for. Left a very happy customer, and will be back and recommending to friends. My exact words to the hairdresser "I like you, so now you can never retire" :)
