Los creations ruined my birthday, wasted my money and time. Blamed me for her poor job refused to offer even a partial refund. Unfortunately she works in this shops and based off that I will never go back or recommend it to anyone! Day2 day 3 and day 4 All progressively worse! Day 5 it was removed! Poor customer experience, poor work ethic, lack of ownership or accountability!
So my first experience was not 🚫 good at all hair was 300 got a bob at that with color when I purchased it look like it was old. My bob wasn't even at all it was just all messed up. Save ur money ladies and Gents
