Pretty Good I have been going to this beauty supply shop for years and I can honestly say that over the years not only has the quality and sheer number of products increased but the customer service is vastly improved. The ladies that work in the shop know a lot about their craft and will go the extra mile to help you out as long as you ask. Otherwise, they will politely allow you to shop on your own without hounding you and pressuring you into buying things that you don't want.
