The service was good however they convinced us to get a package and store was closed down.where can we get the refund? there was no one answered the phone or emailed that they listed. It’s frustrating

Disappointed that this location closed down suddenly and unexpectedly. I didn’t even know they closed down until a friend told me. I recently purchased a package of massage sessions that they won’t refund. Now I have to go much further to the Dundas location. It’s also hard to get a preferred appointment for the Dundas location. It’s still December and I got a mid January date. I have requested Google to change the listing to permanently closed but it hasn’t changed yet.

We enjoyed going here and purchased a package but before I could use it all I just received a message that they closed down with no prior warning at all. Luckily we can still go to the Dundas location though it is much further. Overall I am very disappointed with the service for its customers.

I bought a 10 massage package and now they are closed without any notice. I have been trying to get in touch for a week and no answer.
