This place is good for kids to play. But the workers that work there need to do there jobs probably making children wait over a hour just for the jug of cordial when we pay for it with thier pizza. No sorry or nothing just plan rude they need new workers.
Fantastic indoor playground for kids but there is a general lack of oversight from other parents and staff, such as parents and kids wearing shoes into the play area, bigger kids entering into the small kids section and bigger kids being a general hazard to the small ones. I almost feel like I am supervising other people's kids and have to watch out for my child to ensure that other kids do not hurt my child. Would be great to emphasise sock wearing and closer adult supervision. Thanks.

Disappointing. Got there just before 2 and they were already packing chairs up. Despite having belongings on our table they kept packing our chairs up when we were on the equipment. It was frustrating having to unstack them multiple times. The soft play zone was smelly and very dirty too and staff weren't that happy to be there.
