Unpleasant experience with Ms. Young at Gigantic Dry Cleaners. I called ahead to ask if they dry clean wedding dresses. Ms. Young said yes. When I brought in my daughter’s dress, she confirmed again that they could clean it. I pointed out a missing button that needed to be replaced—she agreed to fix it. I also asked if the other buttons could be checked and tightened if needed. She agreed, mentioned there would be an extra charge, and we paid for the full service.
