Unpleasant experience with Ms. Young at Gigantic Dry Cleaners. I called ahead to ask if they dry clean wedding dresses. Ms. Young said yes. When I brought in my daughter’s dress, she confirmed again that they could clean it. I pointed out a missing button that needed to be replaced—she agreed to fix it. I also asked if the other buttons could be checked and tightened if needed. She agreed, mentioned there would be an extra charge, and we paid for the full service. If I could give negative stars I would. I took 3 NEVER worn dresses to be steamed for my son’s wedding on 05/28/25. When I picked up the dresses on 5/30/25, my daughter’s, again NEVER worn, special order, bridesmaid dress was stained as if someone decided to “borrow’ the dress”. There was food stains on the sleeve, what appeared as if someone had greasy fingers and wiped them on the front of the dress, a dime sized black stain of unknown origin, another dime sized red stain of unknown origin, stains on the back of the dress ... read more

As a customer I was not really given considerations and my experience was not pleasant. Though the work was good. I will find another alterations shop for my other pants.

I went here once simply for dry cleaning and they did a wonderful job on some work clothes as well as a bridesmaids dress. a couple months later I came back for alterations for a that was a little bit more complicated in terms of the hem (especially considering fabric and dual layers)- she did a wonderful job. I assumed I’d give up the integrity of the hem… but she did such a good job it was nearly identical to the designers finish.
