The customer service could be improved. I felt like an inconvenience to the business owner both times I came in the shop. I will be taking my alternation needs elsewhere. *In response to the owner’s comment-If you are in the business of making long winded defenses to your actions and cut the customer down that does not speak very highly to how you run a business.
