Needed to get my phone screen replaced. I was quoted $60 cheaper and 1.5 hours quicker service than another local tech-repair company. Very friendly and professional service. Only downside was that it was difficult to locate the store entrance. 10/10 would strongly recommend.
I had an iPhone charger break off in my phone’s charging port and couldn’t get it out no matter what I tried. I went to another repair shop first, and they basically told me to kick rocks. On a whim, I found Seattle Gig Techs, and I’m so glad I did. I walked in, and within 15 seconds, they had it fixed, made sure it charged properly, and didn’t even charge me for it. Incredible service and kindness—you don’t find that everywhere. Five stars all the way!
