My son enjoyed this gym while he still lived at home. He moved to Arizona after high school in October. I forgot to cancel this membership until February. That's on me, but I've been charged over $350 since I was told the account was going to be cancelled. My emails have been ignored or been responded to as if I asked a different question. I can't recommend this gym to anyone because of the experience of trying to cancel membership. Seeing all these reviews it appears my family wasn't an sole incident . DO NOT GO HERE When i attempted to cancel my membership i was told i had to email a month prior to canceling so i would have to pay for another month which i understand as he stated it was part of the "contract". So i followed due process and come the next month i was still being charged. I immediately called the gym and the owner himself answered. I left the gym because it is packed and a child runs around in a way that’s unsafe to him and me. The gym accidentally continued to charge me for several months after I left the gym—it happens. The gym’s response to the whole thing was extremely disappointing. I had to constantly follow up on emails and call. Eventually the owner just stopped responding to my emails and did not give me my final refunds. I just ate the last few hundred dollars because they’ve decided not to help or respond to me.
