Their scheduling is atrocious and after waiting a whole year to establish care a schedule conflict made it so I could no longer see the dr I wanted. Horrible horrible system. Also the rules were different for my husband than for me because his access clinic appointment established him and mine didnt so he could virtually get an appointment and I couldn't. The worst possible office.

Not the place to be if you need your thyroid monitored! Checked one time and never heard anything all the while needing a med adjustment. I am just a number on a paper and a source of income for the office. Not to mention being turned away and told to go to urgent care when calling to make an appointment. Save yourself the headache and find a different Dr!

I’ve been receiving services from Scot and the team for a while. I’m absolutely blown away with how good they’ve been to me. Scot is a great listener and actively works to find solutions that work for me as a person. Not once has he ever minimized or dismissed my concerns or questions, which is a rare trait in a provider. They seem to be chronically understaffed: it’s difficult to get through on the phone, you have to call multiple times for prescription refills, the waiting room is small and always overcrowded, there is always a line to check in and out, and lab orders just never get sent which results in a lot of wasted time. After a year, I’m done and going elsewhere.
