Excellent customer service. Explained everything they were doing on my furnace and heat pump. They also answered all my questions in detail but still understandable.
Power to the HVAC went out and fried some wires inside. Tech was awesome, went right to work, testing ever wire in the harness, replaced a few wires and it started up and is working perfectly. Gig Harbor Heating n Cooling has been servicing our unit for 15 yrs and we highly recommend them.
My heat pump water heater went out. They were on it, got the part and had it fixed overnight. Awesome service, thanks. G
