Our old heat pump failed, and I reached out Robert, the owner of Gig Harbor Heating & AC to determine if it could be repaired, or if I needed to install a new heat pump. After an attempt to repair the system by replacing the solenoid, it was determined that such replacement would not work and I needed to install a new heat pump. The installers were very friendly and answered all my questions. They were very neat and always used shoe covers in the house. They work was very neat and the clean up was very good. They stayed busy the whole time they were here. I had a new heat pump installed and a new heat exchanger. The county inspector said it looked like an excellent installation.
