We had Gig Harbor Heating and AC come for a periodic maintenances thing. Afterwards, things were fine, but we began to feel cold air at times from the heat ducts. We called, they thought that was unusual, and said they'd have a technician come by. Riley listened to our concerns, checked a few things, and knew right away what the problem was. I have been using another HVAC company for several years and got tired of the constant upselling and 'doom & gloom' messages from their technicians. Gig Harbor Heating & AC was friendly and prompt from the first phone call. Travis came out to diagnose what I thought was a dying system with leaks (according to the other HVAC company).
