Dr. Rebekah and her staff were really great! I scheduled an appointment for my daughter because she wasn't passing school eye exams, and I didn't know why. The staff were really nice and helpful. They have a smooth check-in and check-out. The overall experience was great.
I had a very disappointing experience here. The staff was unfriendly and condescending, which made an already frustrating situation even worse. I initially booked an appointment to address my dry eye condition. Since I don’t have insurance, the visit cost me $195. The doctor examined me, prescribed eye drops, and asked me to return in four weeks for a follow-up. Today, when I arrived for that follow-up, the front desk informed me, “Your total today is going to be $130, plus $30 for the eye treatment.” I explained that I was ... read more
Communication while making the appt was oddly difficult, so much so i had to ask them to confirm their office is actually inside the Costco. Then after two back to back phone calls from different people today and all that occurred on each of them, I had to cancel my appointment. I’m sure the doctors are great, but most of dealing with any doctor is their staff. And three different times their staff let me know keeping this appt was going to be a bad time.
Dr. Dinh is great. But the office didn't give us a complete prescription so we could choose where we got the frames and lenses from. We asked for one with all the information on us and the staffer at the desk actually told us "If it's not on there, it's not a service we provide."
I visited this clinic for an eye exam and was seen by Dr. Rebekah Louie. I found the clinic staff to be friendly, professional and very efficient. Dr Louie was great - she explained everything thoroughly and answered my questions in detail which I appreciated. I will definitely be back!
