Stan (the owner) was great and helped replace my fuel door lid on my Sequoia. Highly recommend them for autobody work as I used them for a repair on my Lexus as well.
DO NOT GO HERE!! They are dishonest about how long every process takes and are severely understaffed. They told me it'd take two months before my car could go in... then it was seven months later. When I finally got my car in they told me it would take two weeks max and then it took over a month. During this whole process they maybe called once just to say the first initial appointment was canceled. They never call back. Please go somewhere else!! The work got done. Service providers were friendly when they answered the phone. Issues were that it was nearly impossible to get the right person on the line to get an update as to how the repairs were going and how much longer they would take. Ultimately a front bumper took nearly 3 weeks to complete.
Body work is fine. Price was fair. Customer service is lacking. Wasn't called when part they were waiting for came in, though I was told they would call. When I called was told I'd be called back same day and wasn't .When I arrived on agreed on day secretary hadn't told them I was coming, and then I was told part wasn't painted yet, but turned out it was.
Scheduled an appointment to get a quote. Arrived 5 minutes early, no employees in the office or outside for 20 minutes after the appointment time. Really disappointed, I've used them before and they were great. Unlikely to return.
