Yonas is a lovely and nice man. But there is something sinister going on at this place. They kept our purchased car several days longer than they indicated even after receiving our trade-in vehicle as they were short staffed. They never produced the 3-month warranty that was verbally promised four times. And they advertised heated seats but the driver's side heated seat did not operate when we finally received our purchased vehicle. Buyer beware.
