So excited, my order came and looks great! Thanks, I am very disappointed that I placed an order in July and still have not received it. I know they receive many orders from craft fairs, because their product is very nice.
I ordered 3 MONTHS ago and still have not received my order! I’ve tried calling and emailing but no one ever picks up the phone or emails back ugh! It’s been soooooo frustrating! I’m not sure if I’ll ever get my order!
I have ordered over 20 frames over the years and love them. Highly recommend.
Selling products with shipping them. Their phone number is not working You can’t reach them.
If u want to get ur orders on time I suggest u order them weeks ahead of time or u may never get it. And a lot of the times the frames will be misspelled or the design will be incorrect. Just use caution when ordering. They even take people's payments and then ignore emails and phone calls when they are waiting for their product that they sometimes never receive. And no refund. Maybe check them out on BBB before making the decision to buy from here
