Working with GiftWorksPlus was very easy and favorable! Their design department responded quickly to my inquiries and sent proofs promptly. They made alterations I suggested without delay as well. Though the received product had some issued, their Support Department acknowledged my concerns immediately and offered a more than satisfactory solution. I highly recommend working with them for your company's needs.
Not sure what happened. We ordered once and were very happy. Ordered the second time and it's like they've vanished. They set the shipping date and estimated delivery date. Both were missed. I've sent messages using every form of communication and been ghosted. Will find another company for sure.
So excited, my order came and looks great! Thanks, I am very disappointed that I placed an order in July and still have not received it. I know they receive many orders from craft fairs, because their product is very nice.
I ordered 3 MONTHS ago and still have not received my order! I’ve tried calling and emailing but no one ever picks up the phone or emails back ugh! It’s been soooooo frustrating! I’m not sure if I’ll ever get my order!
