I scheduled the preventive maintenance service today which is included in my monthly membership with Gifted Heating And Air Conditioning. The technician Mike was on time and very knowledgeable, and he gave me good advice in keeping my HVAC system healthy. He did a really good job!
Recently just bought my first home and (of course) my boiler started acting up during a -20 degree cold wave. Found their sticker on the system so I gave them a call. They had someone out before the day was over who found the problem relatively quickly. Set up an appointment for replacement of old thermostat to new Nest thermostat and heating inspection. Geoffrey came on time, was professional and very knowledgeable with the Nest product and heating system. Nest was installed properly, heating system was checked and a new filter was installed.
