Waste of time and money! She was not ready when I arrived she had me fill out paperwork then I waited past my booked time while she changed out the linens for the massage table, I thought about it while getting a massage I did not see her wash her hands after touching the last persons linens before she touched me...gross! If I could rate this company a zero, I would. Absolute terrible customer service. I Had a Groupon gifted to me for a massage. When I booked the massage, I was forced to put a credit card down on file. When I arrived today, looking forward to a nice, relaxing massage, I was met with an rude and unaccommodating employee. Completely rude and unprofessional!!! After paying the convenience fee on their site, they cancelled my appointment! I will never use my money here.
Save your money and go somewhere else. DO NOT EVER COME HERE. I've purchased a Groupon for my MIL to get a massage. I thought I was being overcharged but it was my fault for not reading the fine print on Groupon, so I don't blame the company for that. However, my MIL came back to tell me that they used a massage gun on her legs. Why would someone pay $140 60 minute massage - $60 gift card from Groupon for a HANDGUN MASSAGE?
