I entered with aching muscles and left feeling like jelly.
Just like several other people who have left reviews, I purchased a Groupon for a massage at this location. I realized later that I had actually only purchased a gift card for a dollar value off of a special (inflated) "Groupon price." I was very confused when I tried to schedule my massage using the Groupon, because I couldn't imagine someone would do something shady like that. Waste of time and money! She was not ready when I arrived she had me fill out paperwork then I waited past my booked time while she changed out the linens for the massage table, I thought about it while getting a massage I did not see her wash her hands after touching the last persons linens before she touched me...gross! I requested a deep massage what I got was a late, massage that was with a massage gun majority of the time while she tried to upsell me on additional services, hummed which was annoying and tried to engage ... read more

If I could rate this company a zero, I would. Absolute terrible customer service. I Had a Groupon gifted to me for a massage. When I booked the massage, I was forced to put a credit card down on file. When I arrived today, looking forward to a nice, relaxing massage, I was met with an rude and unaccommodating employee. I was charged $50 and was told that I could put this toward a massage, but that the Groupon would not be accepted (despite doing everything per Groupon’s written terms).
