They are not open on weekends or during the hours they claim during the week. I've been there twice and they were closed both times. I call them and it says you have to text them. Very unprofessional. Guess they don't want any extra business this holiday season?

Pretty Disappointing. Credit where its due they have been keeping in touch with me, but after waiting the full period (15 business days) I got an email today that they were having issues paying out via PayPal (the option I selected). Other options include ACH (which requires routing and account numbers) and Bitcoin (which i dont have). Before you use them to get cash for your gift cards, look at other companies who can complete the process in 2-3 days instead of 15-20 days. You can't cancel while they are processing the order which seems to take forever. I am at 15 days today not including weekends with little to no communication. It is not worth the headache. Do yourself a favor and use another company.
