This company were booked for an end of lease cleaning jobe for a one bedroom one bathroom cleaning job. They were booked for 2pm but rang us and advised they could come at 3pm then eventually arrived at 3.30pm. On arrival the 2 cleaners proceeded to sit on the floor and open their backpacks (note they were already late) and have a lunch feast with several containers spread out like a picnic for another 30mins. Daniel and his team were awesome for our bond release cleaning! They addressed all of my concerns and needs with clear communication. The person from my lease agency doing the walkthrough actually commented on just what a good job they did - "it looks brand new!".
I used this company for an end of lease cleaning, carpet cleaning, and pest fumigation. I was very impressed, especially with Daniel and his quick response times. There were very minor issues that required further cleaning after the final inspection, and they sorted it within one day’s notice, free of charge. I would definitely use this company again. They were very easy to work with and did a great clean.
