Mark was awesome! Explained everything.
Mark was great with all aspects of a first time pump from locating the septic tank to dealing with a tank that hadn't been pumped in a very long time . Mark was very friendly, honest, professional, reassuring to my concerns and patient; answering numerous questions regarding the neglected tank. He went over and above to get the job done despite the tank issues and a scorching hot day !!
