I've been training at G.I.F.T. Fitness for 5 months, and it has truly changed my life. I never thought I was a “gym person.” I used to sign up at big gyms, lose motivation, and stop going. But G.I.F.T. Fitness is completely different. The atmosphere here is super friendly and motivating—everyone knows each other, supports one another, and it feels like a real community. They are super supportive and are always there when you have any questions. They are really knowledgeable. Their facility has alot of great equipment. Highly recommended UPDATE just wanted to add that I’ve been going here for a few years and they continue to improve. They added a bunch new equipment and I’ve never been stronger
I joined this gym the beginning of the year. All the trainers are amazing. They really go above and beyond to help me get stronger and more confident as well as giving me suggestions for my diets with healthier substitutes. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, with people of all ages and fitness levels. I never feel intimidated like other gyms. I’m so glad I joined!
I always love the atmosphere when I enter the gym and I love to work out with Preston, Leslie and Ryler. They are amazing trainers. The love shared among us is so inspiring and contagious. Keep it up guys. Juan is the best.
The only gym I've been able to stick with and see real results. The trainers are fantastic, and the atmosphere is even better. Joining this gym has truly been a life-changing decision.
