Kevin was absolutely great on Friday night and saved me from a dangerous car situation, enabling me to return home. He is exceptional, and I value him. He deserves to be recognized!
One of these guys put more of us, including my girlfriend's two brothers and myself, than he was supposed to in his truck. Excellent instructions were given to us, and when I contacted another state to let them know when I would be arriving, everything had already been taken care of.
Everything, from the towers to the customer service, was first-rate. Because I had so many questions, I ended up bothering them more than I should have, but they were still helpful.
They arrived 40 minutes ahead of schedule. They handled the situation expertly and took care of our rental automobile. Regards, dude!!!
