terrible customer service their website does not indicate that it takes 2 weeks for a gift basket to get to the person via ground shipping. They claim that they do not count Saturday and Sunday therefore it should not be considered 2 weeks. If you want to send a get well basket with what is supposed to be fresh cookies you don't expect it to take 2 weeks to get there.
Awful customer service. I tried to place an order 3x’s and finally the order went through on the 3rd try. It didn’t ask me for billing information since I pay directly through PayPal. I received an email with the recipients name and her contact information as my billing name and and address. I reached out to gift baskets and they put the blame on PayPal about my billing name and address was PayPals fault.
