I have been insuring my car with Gifford Carr for 5 years now and have always been impressed with their services. Specifically, Brock has been excellent to work with. He is always prompt in replying if I have a question. Recently, my insurance was renewed and he had personally reached out to let me know he had taken the initiative to find me a lower rate since he noticed mine had gone up and offered to make the switch for me.
