Don't go to Mr. Rick Noll and his assistant Rachel. Mr. Noll is one of the worst lawyer I have ever seen in my life. He charged almost $42,000 to me and at the end of the case, he broke the relationship and send me new invoice. He is always behind the money. Actually, he was new to this firm before 2 years when I hired him as a lawyer, and he was behind money/new client. Lousy and careless. I was placed with an incompetent articling student under incompetent supervision (personal opinion). They made an incredibly stressful situation so much worse (not an opinion). The only way this mess could have been avoided is if I had gone to law school in preparation to deal with them, or if I had hired a lawyer to interpret what they were saying ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ (tongue-in-cheek) Serves me right for asking for help, I suppose.
