Our school partnered with Giesken this year to run a grief group. They have been excellent to work with - very supportive and willing to come and lead the group right away! I had a really great experience working with David Turner who facilitated the group. He was always prompt, willing to debrief and implement changes based on students feedback. Our grandson has been visiting one of the wonderful counselors at GCS for the last three months, and we couldn’t be happier! I loved my therapist , Lee Ann , but I had a problem with the owner over payment . I received a nasty email from the owner saying pay up or don’t come back . I had always paid my bills and was quite insulted by this kind of text from a mental health facility. I spent hours gathering information to prove I had already paid my bill but the owner was still insisting that I owed money . Don’t book an appointment if you have Medicare. They don’t take Medicare and won’t call you to tell you this until after you’ve shown up and wasted your time.
