They are very helpful professional and most of all there for me when I need them to do.sometging as small as change my payment method to when there was a unfortunate issue in August of 25. I have nothing but great things to say and if I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Ray was very helpful explaining the reasons for getting insurance when renting a car. Also, the recommendation to file a claim for damage to our car.
They were great at first a few years ago when we initially got the insurance but now as we are asking for new quotes, 3 weeks after my initial call and they are "still working on it". Three weeks and the only calls back were a direct result of us calling in asking for follow-up. I waited 2 weeks before the first call and it was on the desk but hadn't done much with it. Another week later no calls so we call back in and they are just working on a new quote. Meanwhile my car insurance is through the roof and I have to keep pay... read more
