We brought Donald Gies in as counsel. He seemed enthusiastic at first and made lots of promises. However, after signing a fee agreement and paying my retainer, he ghosted me for several weeks. His office returned no phone calls and they are currently not responding to any of my emails requesting updates. After receiving no billing, no invoices for any alleged work completed, zero returned phone calls and no activity updates for a few months, I finally decided to terminate services. These guys are the WORST in OKC! They will take your money, but they will not timely return phone calls or emails, and they do not follow the terms of their fee agreement. HORRIBLE!
