Friendly, outgoing staff plus competitive prices and quick turnaround. Does not seem like the type of shop that will take advantage of you, which is certainly appreciated.

I would get a second opinion after getting a diagnostic here. The mechanic and another person in the office suggested I change my transmission. They stated that they had just worked on the same issue for another customer, charging them $7k-$10k. I went to another mechanic shop and all I needed was a $500 transmission fluid replacement. Problem solved.
