RecommendedI needed a door shelf for my fridge and I scoured the internet and every local appliance repair shop. It was so hard to find! It is apparently no longer manufactured so the places that did have it on the internet were about $150! That's insane for just one shelf. I found the place through a search for replacement knobs for my vintage range. The very kind folks there not only explained that I needed switches instead but explained where and how to find the part numbers. They did the research for me! And then, when they didn't have all that I needed, they went above and beyond by actually finding the parts elsewhere online. Only rarely--and not in this century--have I encountered such wonderful customer service. I cannot commend this company highly enough.
They are very kind people and knows there stuff when it comes to appliances and parts. Great prices. overall just a great place.
Going above and beyond! I do not live in Indiana, never met anyone at this store, but emailed Good Appliance in search of a used dishwasher part that could be shipped. They did not have the part, BUT took the time to search for it on eBay and emailed me the link. You don't find gracious service like this very often! Thank you very much!

GREAT people down at goods. They always have some high quality appliances for a fair price. Appliances that will run strong and last as long as you need. If you're not looking to purchase brand new and pay the cost, this is the place to go. If anything is to ever go wrong, they conveniently offer a excellent house call service. Goods is the BEST

Ordered a new evaporator fan motor(5300158289) (AP213490) for my 1999 Kenmore refrigerator at a reasonable price. I received an email in only a few minutes after ordering stating it had been shipped. Received in the mail two days later from Indiana to Florida, that was very impressive! It was the exact match and now my refrigerator is quiet. It only took a few minutes for my 15 years old son to install! I will use this place again if needed. I recommend purchasing from here. Thank you

Purchased a nice side by side Kenmore Fridge from Good Appliance in Wabash. The staff is very courteous and professional. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for and didn't try to upsell me. Fridge had a small problem with the ice-maker after a couple of months and they quickly came and fixed it. Their Technicians are very professional, courteous, and have great expertise. They stand behind their appliances and honor their warranty. And their prices are awesome!
