We texted Gideon’s Electric, who we have used several times, to see about having a new ceiling fan installed. Between our schedule and theirs, we had to exchange several messages. When we were able to agree on a date/time, the young man Britton was so polite, very personable, got the fan installed in no time. We were extremely pleased! Gideon’s Electric is our go-to for electrical needs!
I dealt with a lot of services and contractors updating a old house. Out of all of them Gideon's was by far the best both in service and communication. They will be my first contact for any future electrical work.
They did not technically work on our home, but they could’ve came and took our money and they didn’t. They rerouted us to a person that could help us because it was a plumbing issue rather than electricity. The questions he asked that led us to where we needed to be were super helpful and helped us get the service we needed! They made the calls and got all the information needed to be able to help us. Seriously, kind, and looking out to help you!
Charles and the crew have taken care of multiple projects for me. Shows up when he says he will and always does it quickly and timely and at or below budget.
