This is a very fair & honest company! If you are not satisfied for any reason they troubleshoot & find a solution. They aim to have satisfied customers. Using Gideon Plumbing was a revelation: immediate, friendly, human answering the phone, and availability the next day (when others weren’t available for days or even weeks ahead). On the morning of the appointed day, we got a phonecall and a test mssg with details of the technician (complete with picture).
