This company and their staff are fantastic. We live on saltspring island. I called Friday at 445. They returned my call by 515 ( on a Friday lol). Booked the repair for the beginning of the week. They arrived Tuesday mid day Identified the problem and booked the repair for Wednesday. Aaron arrived at 930 Wednesday. Completed the first repair and identified another problem. We had a minor yet slightly complex job as we needed to move the toilet in our new home over like six inches. Gideon Plumbings was great about the whole thing. Assessment and estimate were very straight forward and outlined so we understood and the plumber that came did a great job. We appreciate the service we got.

I would like to add to the review that we returned to Gideon July 2025 after such a positive experience with Aaron. We had the pipes reconfigured to the kitchen sink to maximize cupboard space in a total reno of our kitchen. They also did our sink and new dishwasher install. Dan was just wonderful.
