We booked a consultation to have an outdoor faucet moved, and Ian from Gideon Plumbing was fantastic. He clearly explained our options and best practices, and was able to complete the job the same day. We’re really impressed with both the quality of the work and the professionalism throughout. We’ll definitely call Gideon Plumbing again when we need plumbing services.
Desk person was polite but unable to give a quote for what I think of as a simple attempt to unclog a toilet. I needed to confirm that I was a homeowner and when I said that I was not and on welfare I was given other companies to reach out to. We need businesses that care about community but this one seems only about the bottom dollar.
Amazing. Thorough and extremely knowledgeable, Ian identified the problem and carefully explained each step to me. Ian’s work is impeccable. The job I needed done was deciphering a renovated drainage system to hook a new laundry drain to a new septic system but in 1981 building.
Andrej was excellent from Gideon plumbing. Our hot water tank broke last night and Gideon (Andrej) was here by 9:30am. Andrej was very thorough and professional.
Brodie Smith got the job done without any issues. Solid guy.
