The whole company is ready and able to take on the task. At least 5 star if not 10 My plumber was Ian white. He came on Friday afternoon day before Friday Easter holiday. He worked extremely hard yet taking time to keep me informed If I ever needed to employ someone Ian would be on top of list Ian and your company are in reality 10 star I will use no other plumbing company Keith Wilson MD FRCP
Sure the guy was nice and tried to do his job, but all was not complete. The big issue is the $642 ! just to do a simple short snake of the drain ending in a non fix. Total rip off company.
Spoke with Audrey to book my appointment and had Curtis in to unclog my shower drain. So far every contact I've had with the workers here has been incredible. Super pleasant, easy to book an appointment, and lovely to deal with! Prices very affordable and within the average (I had a decently severe clog and that along was $400 for the service fee as of 07/04/2025). Will absolutely have them back to replace my drain when funds permit. I can not suggest this company enough. Thanks again!!!
Fantastic Service, prompt response, excellent communication. I am a property manager and have used Gideon on a few plumbing projects at some of my properties. Most recently there was an emergency flood at one of my properties on Salt Spring and I was not able to find any plumbers on the island that were able to respond promptly. Gideon scheduled an appointment for the next morning and the issue has since been resolved, even after I sent another plumber there before and they weren't able to resolve the issue. Todd came over and helped me and my mother with a leak. He was incredibly professional helpful and courteous and explained everything incredibly well, despite our lack of initial knowledge. I doubt we'll hire anyone else ever again frankly. Even the dog loved him.
