I dropped my phone off for a new screen & new back glass was told it would be done in 4-5 days due to having to order the glass no biggie, picked up the phone looked fine had it for 5 days woke up was no longer able to interact with the screen took it to my local virzion store to see what they had to say about it and i was told to get my money back the screen wasn't installed correctly & the lady pointed out where there was play in the screen back to gideon at 12 nobody at the store waited a half hour still nobody i gave up ... read more
Came in about a week and half ago for a new screen protector and I waited over a week for it to come in and then 1 week later its chipping, was told that it hit something and it hasn't i had my old one on for over 2 years and changed it only due to a scratch on it. Was told they can give me a discount on a new one and they cant replace it for free even tho I just came in and got it, its okay I dont want another cheap protector to only last me another week. Apple had told me the phone had water damaged and could not be fixed, which was devistating because it didn't back up photos that were priceless. Fortuantely, I took my phone here, and he was confident he could fix it, so I could recover my photos. He was able to fix the water damage, so I could recover the photos. Highly reccomend.
Gideon was very nice and respectful. He helped fix my speaker in minutes. I would recommend them to anyone with any electronic issues.
