Very disappointed in how this company has handled the race cancelations. While the cancelation is inevitable, not providing the ability to refund, defer, or provide a virtual Race the same day with a virtual experience is super disappointing. I’ve had other races canceled that have gone above and beyond to ensure we still get a positive experience by providing options and updates (even charity runs), so this experience has been very disappointing and I won’t be back for future races.

It has been an absolute nightmare dealing with GiddyUp Events. The owner Erik Boucher is one of the most unreasonable people I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with. I would go so far as to call him a thief. I will absolutely not be patronizing anything this business is involved with in the future. I caution anyone thinking about signing up for one of their events.
