I recently used the storage unit during RoundTop and had a really bad experience with the customer service representative. This actually used to be a really nice facility when it came to dealing with the management directly David. But ever since they switched over to this customer service call center. It’s been terrible experience.
Looks like they switched over to some Call center, and it has been the worst experience I’ve ever had on a call trying to get a refund for a unit that I didn’t have, I also can’t even get customer service or management to give me a call back regarding the issue. I have tried to call multiple times on several occasions….. even reaching out to David to see what can be done about this issue and again not getting any answers.
Clean, safe, ease of access, ease of communication with owners.
