This is by far one of the best dental offices I've visited. The entire team is kind, knowledgeable, and professional. The dentist made sure I was comfortable throughout my appointment and answered all of my questions. The front desk staff deserves special recognition..they were so friendly, organized, and helpful with scheduling, insurance, and making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. It's rare to find a practice where everyone is so caring. Amazing!
I had my 3 month follow up after deep cleaning. My appt was 9AM. At 8:50, the staff apologized that Dr. Williams was not there and they had not heard from her. I had other obligations at 9:30, so the staff said I could come back at 2PM. I was gotten in quickly and while she was cleaning my teeth Dr. Williams had conversation with the dental assistant about their recent vacations while practically pulling my crowns off. My kids have been going to Giddings Dental for a few years now We love Giddings Dental! The staff and doctor are absolutely amazing. They always schedule us at convenient times and are so flexible would definitely recommend to anyone !Also I want give a special shout out to Aliyah she is great and have so much patience with my kids & I’m sure with anyone kids i just love when she have my kids for there appointment I wouldn’t want anyone else thank you so much for all you do !(-:
Worst place EVER to take your kids! First of all Shirley Williams pulled my daughter's wisdom tooth out without numbing medication. Secondly the so-called manager is beyond rude! They will have you sitting there waiting for over an hour! Never taking my kids back there and will be letting everyone know about my horrible experience!
I’ve had several experiences here. All have been -ok - But this review is based on my experience today. I needed emergency care, and the dentist and staff were very quick to care for me. The dentist did a great job and made it a very quick and painless experience. But I want to give a special thanks to the dental hygienist Aaliyah. I was emotional and dramatic and she handled me with such kindness and patience!!!! She answered all of my questions knowledgeably and reassuringly! She made it a bearable experience. Thank you!
