Very rude and won't answers questions over the phone. Person I spoke to yelled and hung up on me twice when I was trying to get some general info. Please stay away. Person needs to fired
Sent my niece to them to purchase a vehicle. She found one she liked payed her down payment and got her car. Happy neice right.... nope! She drove about 25 miles and the car began to have major issues. 2 stars because they did take it in to a local mechanic. Found out it had transmission issues and a missing motor mount bolt. Go to get the refund and requested a check so that this 18yr old could go back to car shopping. Well they refused and put it on her card.
