Dr. Jessie is an absolute gem! We were with another vet previously, but after an after-hours emergency brought us to his clinic, we decided to make him our regular vet. His care and attention with our dog have been exceptional. While his new reception team is still ironing out a few kinks, the outstanding level of service and compassion Dr. Jessie provides more than makes up for it. Highly recommend!
To the owner: Get a new receptionist, the person with the bull nose ring has absolutely no human relations skills - the abuse I watched her dish out to one of your clients, in her time of already being stressed due to her pet being ill, was totally uncalled for. All the lady wanted to do was wait, in the area, not in your waiting room for the assessment of her pets condition. On a recent vacation we needed our puppy to be seen by a vet. We would be visiting friends in Sechelt for 3 days, and they recommended Gibsons Veterinary Hospital. The call was placed to them from the Horseshoe Bay Ferry Terminal about 2:15, when we knew which sailing we’d be on: Could they see us today or tomorrow, before the long weekend?
