Love Gibson TV/ABL Repair!! Took the turntable (also has a radio) which was needing lots of TLC. I think it was purchased in the 1970’s. Each time the ‘on’ knob was turned; static blast! Next the turntable kept slowing. All that is history. It’s working so well!!! Back to listening to Dean Martin and the Chairman. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Gibson’s for repair on your vintage, nostalgic and mid-century music consoles or TVs. Keep in contact with their customer in shorter time, not scratch the product they are working on. Didn't look like the items were even looked at and it wasn't even fixed. Product came back dirty/dusty.... Cost $160.00 - ridiculous... Horrible customer service.

I called 2 months after they inspected the tv to see if a part came in. They respond and say it was back ordered and they’re waiting on Samsung. I called Samsung to see where the part is at and they say it was shipped. Patiently waiting almost 4 months since the inspection for a part now and decided to call Gibson’s to find out what’s going. They tell me basically they don’t have the part and i need to call Samsung and that Samsung should’ve called me. I used them for warranty work and that’s all they’re good for you can call him but they won’t call you back call him twice this week they told me they would call back never did

Brought in my tv for repair. 3 weeks later went and picked it up, only to find out it was never fixed at all. Took another 4 weeks to get it back. Terrible service and even worse hours. Anyone who gives this place a good rating is mentally challenged. If negative stars were possible that's what I'd give it.

Had to have warranty work done on my Samsung flat screen. Gibson was outstanding and Mike was phenomenal. Worked with my crazy schedule and had the whole job wrapped up in under an hour. Highly recommended.
